Cancellation Policy

FOR STUDIO BOOKING/RATES ONLY! -If notice of cancellation is given to the ENGINEER/PRODUCER within 0 days/30 minutes before start of studio time, the CLIENT is responsible for payments as follows: (a)50% charge of overall booking balance=(SET UP FEES). FOR VIDEO BOOKING ONLY! -If notice of rescheduling is given to the PRODUCER within (14) days of filming time, the client will incur a $200 rescheduling fee. -If notice of rescheduling is given to the PRODUCER prior to (14) days of filming time, the client will incur a $200 rescheduling fee. incur a $50 rescheduling fee. FOR PHOTO SHOOTS ONLY! -If notice of rescheduling is given to the PRODUCER within (48) hours of shoot time, the client will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. -If notice of rescheduling is given to the PRODUCER prior to (48) hours of shoot time, the client will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. (i) necessary postponement will be determined by the PRODUCER and will not incur any extra fees. Circumstances of possible postponement can include: inclement weather, injury, illness & force majeure but not limited to earthquake, riot, fire, flood, acts of war, terrorism & acts of GOD.
